When are you Open?
Do I need to make an appointment?
We will gladly put you on the schedule for a time suitable to your needs, but we also take walk-in visits anytime.
What Insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurances in Texas (BCBS, Humana, Cigna, Aetna, Tricare and Medicare)
Do you accept cash/self-pay?
Yes, we have a cash fee schedule for your convenience. This can be found on our website (...link...)
Do you do COVID testing?
Yes, we provide COVID testing with same day results.
Do you have X-ray and labs?
Yes, we have the ability to do X-rays on site and perform basic labs in-house. We send more extensive labs to Quest.
What do you treat?
Hospitality Urgent Care + is capable of evaluating most "Urgent" medical problems and treating and/or referring to the correct provider for follow up care. This might include referral to a specialist, ER or primary care physician.
Do you provide Primary Care services and routine care?
Our clinic anticipates gaining in-network status for Primary Care later in 2020 and we will be able to see patients in our community needing routine care, as well as 'urgent' care. There will be more on this to come as we start adding more service to our location.
Who will I see for my care?
Do you perform sports physicals?
Yes, we do!
Can you refill my medications?
Every case is managed on an individual basis and this will be up to the provider to make that decision.
Do you perform DOT exams?
Yes, we do!
Can you perform testing for employers?
Absolutely! Calling the clinic and discussing your needs with our Nurse Manager is the best option to see what services we can provide to meet your needs.
